Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
Registered Agency stands behind every service we provide. If you're not satisfied, we'll work to make it right. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for our various services.
2. Service Fee Refunds
If you cancel your service within 30 days of purchase and no filings have been submitted to a state agency on your behalf, we will refund your service fee in full. After 30 days, or once a filing has been submitted, service fees are non-refundable — but our satisfaction guarantee (below) still applies.
3. State Filing Fees
State filing fees are collected and remitted to state agencies at cost. State fees are non-refundable once submitted, as we have no ability to recover funds from government agencies. We clearly itemize state fees separately so you always know the breakdown.
4. Registered Agent Service
The annual registered agent fee may be refunded on a prorated basis if you cancel within the first 90 days. After 90 days, the fee is non-refundable for the current term. You may choose not to renew at any time — there are no cancellation penalties or long-term contracts.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If we make an error in any filing we prepare on your behalf, we will correct and re-file at no additional cost. This includes any state re-filing fees caused by our error. This guarantee applies to the accuracy of the documents we prepare, not to underlying business decisions or state agency processing times.
6. How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number or account email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Renewals
All annual services renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We send a reminder email at least 14 days before renewal. If you wish to cancel, simply notify us before the renewal date and you will not be charged.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last revised" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
