Annual Report Requirements by Entity Type

Annual reports are entity information updates due to the your Secretary of State each year. LLCs, Corporations, and Nonprofits are required to file annual reports to maintain good standing. Each State due dates, filing fees, and forms are listed by entity type. Some states have biennial reports (due every two years) and even decennial filing requirements. Some states also require an initial report, usually due shortly after filing formation or qualification documents.

You can quickly navigate to the specific annual report requirements for your corporation, LLC, or nonprofit on this page. Our handy reference table will provide you with the annual report due dates and filing fees for each entity type in every state.
